Pradaxa (dabigatran) belongs to a class of anticoagulant medications called direct thrombin inhibitors. Dabigatran works by preventing blood clots from forming in the body.

Pradaxa is used to treat blood clots deep in the body (deep vein thrombosis, DVT) and lungs (pulmonary embolism, PE) in adults who have received blood thinners by injection for 5 to 10 days.

How to use

You will usually start by taking 24 mg/26 mg or 49 mg/51 mg twice a day (one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening).
Your doctor will decide your exact starting dose based on which medicines you have been taking previously.
Your doctor will then adjust the dose depending on how you respond to the treatment until the best dose for you is found.

Product Description

Aspirin protect 100 mg is a drug that contains an active substance called acetyl salicylic acid, known as aspirin. It contains acetyl salicylic acid in a dose of 100 mg, which is used to prevent the thrombus formation (blood clot). This medicine works by blocking the enzyme called cyclooxygenase, thus preventing the synthesis of tromboxane A2. Inhibition of this substance prevents the aggregation (agglutination) of platelets thereby preventing thrombus formation.

Product Description

Procoralan contains 5 mg of Ivabradine, which is used for the symptomatic treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris (chest, jaw, and back pain brought on by physical effort) in adults with coronary artery disease (heart disease caused by the obstruction of blood vessels that supply blood to the heart muscle). It is used in patients who cannot be treated with beta blockers (another type of medicine to treat angina) or in combination with beta blockers in patients whose disease is not controlled with them alone and whose heart rate is at least 70 beats per minute. Procoralan is also used in patients with long-term heart failure (when the heart cannot pump enough blood to the rest of the body). The symptoms of heart failure are caused by the heart not pumping enough blood around the body. By lowering the heart rate, Procoralan reduces the stress on the heart, thereby slowing the progression of heart failure and improving symptoms.

How to use

The recommended starting dose is 5 mg twice a day, which the doctor may increase to 7.5 mg twice a day or decrease to 2.5 mg twice a day depending on the patient’s heart rate. Or as prescribed by the doctor.

The recommended dose of Trimetazidine is one tablet to be taken two times a day during meals in the morning and evening.
